Integrate 2025: The Future of AV Lands in Sydney

From 27–29 August 2025, the ICC Sydney once again hosted Integrate — Australia’s premier AV and integration trade show. If there’s one place to see where the future of technology is heading, this was it.

For those who live and breathe AV (like us at Vision One), Integrate is more than just a trade exhibition. It’s a religion (seriously, look it up 😉). It’s the meeting ground for innovators, manufacturers, integrators, and end-users — all gathered under one roof to showcase, explore, and experience the latest advancements shaping the way we work, learn, and connect.

What is Integrate?

Integrate is the ultimate showcase for next-generation audio-visual technology. It’s where local and global brands reveal new solutions, and where businesses discover the innovations that can transform classrooms, boardrooms, and entertainment venues.

But it’s not just about shiny new tech. The event is also a hub for education and connection — featuring seminars, workshops, and networking opportunities that inspire attendees to think bigger and build smarter.

Why Integrate Matters

Integrate isn’t just a once-a-year showcase. It’s a year-round ecosystem for the AV community — connecting technology designers, end-users, and industry leaders. For Vision One, it’s the perfect opportunity to explore what’s next, test-drive the tech we’re excited to bring to our clients and connect with global innovators shaping the future of integration.

Vision One’s Expo Highlights

Every year at Integrate, there are products that push boundaries, surprise us and spark ideas for how we can deliver even more innovative solutions to our clients. Here are some of our favourite finds from the show floor in 2025:

👉 Custom LED: Aurora Panels with a Joinery Finish
One of the most eye-catching displays we saw came from Aurora — LED panels designed with the texture of a joinery finish. Imagine a “timber LED” surface, where the LED illuminates behind the material. The result is a striking, architectural finish that blends technology seamlessly into interior design.

Why we love it: It’s a perfect example of AV and design working together. For restaurants, boardrooms and hospitality spaces, this opens up a whole new world of immersive, design-led digital signage.

👉 Crestron DM-NVX-384 – AV over IP Powerhouse
Crestron’s DM-NVX-384 stole the show as a rock-solid, high-performance AV over IP encoder/decoder. With support for up to 5K video over standard Gigabit Ethernet (and no perceptible latency), plus HDR, video wall processing, adaptive bit rate streaming and USB/KVM routing, this device is built for serious enterprise and campus-wide applications.

How we see it fitting in: For universities and large organisations, this solution offers secure, scalable and ultra-reliable signal distribution. It’s a backbone technology we expect to see powering the next generation of large-scale AV deployments.

👉 Yealink RCH40 Switch – Smart, Space-Saving Connectivity
Yealink’s RCH40 Gigabit PoE+ Switch is purpose-built for meeting room audio and video networking. With 4x downlink ports, PoE Priority Control and up to 90W of total PoE budget, it delivers both connectivity and efficiency in a compact design.

Why it matters: Simple, reliable and efficient — this is exactly the type of product that makes video conferencing installations smoother for small-to-mid scale rooms.

👉 Yealink AV ONE – Unified ProAV Ecosystem
Yealink’s AV ONE solution impressed us as a complete, intelligent AV ecosystem — integrating audio, video, control and management into one scalable platform. Perfectly integrated with Microsoft Teams Rooms, it dynamically adjusts AV scenarios depending on meeting context.

Our perspective: This is the kind of all-in-one ecosystem that simplifies the design and deployment of even the most complex divisible or multipurpose spaces. For education and enterprise clients, it offers a streamlined, future-ready path to professional AV integration.

👉 Yealink SmartVision 80 AI Camera
The SmartVision 80 wowed us with its quad-lens 4K system and intelligent AI-driven focus. With panoramic, telephoto and PTZ lenses working together, the camera automatically adjusts to show the right perspective — whether you need a wide shot of the whole room or a close-up of the active speaker. Its IntelliFocus feature ensures every participant is presented clearly, with individual name tags and video streams in Teams.

The Vision One take: For boardrooms and hybrid classrooms, this level of AI-powered clarity is a game-changer. It ensures equal visibility and engagement for every participant, no matter where they’re seated.

Integrate gave us a glimpse into the future of AV — from design-forward LED surfaces to AI-powered collaboration tools. But here’s the exciting part: we’ve also uncovered some hidden AI secrets that we’ll be revealing soon. These innovations promise to reshape how we design, deliver, and manage AV solutions in ways we’ve only just begun to imagine. Stay tuned.
