Toorak College invests in new tech for 2023.
As part of our long-term partnership with Toorak College, Vision One Technologies implemented a series of audio-visual upgrades during the end-of-year holiday break. These upgrades were designed to enhance learning spaces and common areas throughout the school, in preparation for the 2023 academic year. By deploying cutting-edge technology, we aimed to improve interactive learning experiences, streamline operations and provide high-quality audio-visual solutions across multiple rooms and facilities.

Enhancing classrooms with interactive projectors and wireless connectivity for seamless learning.
In the Cycling Room, we installed Sony FWD Series QFHD 50″ Google TVs. Optimised for professional applications, the FWD Series Professional Display delivers richly coloured, high-contrast 4K HDR images with a clean, minimal design that keeps your audience focused on what really matters. Input connectivity was driven by the school’s global wireless technology directive: the Kramer VIA GO2. The VIA GO² gives iOS, Android, Chromebook, PC and Mac users instant wireless connectivity with 4K advanced presentation capabilities. Beneath each display the slim, elegant Audac IMEO2 Soundbar was installed, delivering magnificent sound and performance.
A combination of Sony FWD Series and Kramer VIA GO² wireless presentative devices were the focal point of these upgrades. Both libraries were equipped with our bespoke Vision One JED T440 Wall Controller for system control and management, offering simplicity in operational command and usability. We expanded the sonics in the WH Library with the exceptional Audac IMEO2 Soundbar and delivered additional two-way system control via the use of a custom JED T460 Wall Controller.
Upgrading audio-visual systems to improve sound and visual performance across campus.
Our main works deployment saw the upgrading of 12x traditional classroom spaces with the new Epson EB-735Fi Interactive Projector. Turn any wall or dry-erase board into an interactive learning experience with brighter colours and reliable performance. Each existing whiteboard was decommissioned and replaced with new 3000 x 1200mm Low Gloss Porcelain Whiteboards to better manage reflections and interactive performance.
We replaced all existing speakers with Australian Monitor 30W Powered Speakers. These speakers are self powered, three-way and consist of of one powered and one passive speaker. The speakers are compact, architecturally pleasing and come supplied with adjustable mounting brackets. Our uniquely-custom Vision One JED T440 Wall Controller was installed in each space for system control and management, offering simplicity in operational command and usability.
With the help of a 26ft scissor lift, we installed microphone cabling from one end of the school’s gymnasium to the other, and fit-off to a Dual XLR L/R Input Wall Plate.
