Mount Clear College, formerly known as Mount Clear Secondary College and Mount Clear Technical High School, is a public high school in Ballarat, Victoria, Australia.
Having successfully designed and delivered the school’s latest AV spectacle in the theatre, the IT team at Mount Clear enlisted Vision One to provide an array of technology solutions in preparation for the school’s upcoming calendar year.
This process began with the supply of 66x Kramer VIA GO wireless presentation units. VIA GO² gives iOS, Android, Chromebook, PC, and Mac users instant wireless connectivity with 4K advanced presentation capabilities. The product features content streaming with crystal−clear mirrored images and stunning video playback and includes iOS mirroring via AirPlay™, Windows & Android mirroring via Miracast™, as well as ChromeBook mirroring.
In early January, we targetted a number of areas for audio visual deployment. This included:
Senior Study Area
We supplied and installed a 2×2 Philips Video Wall, featuring 4x Philips 55BDL3005X 55” FHD Video Wall, Direct LED 500nit Displays and 4x Q-Tee Pop-Out Video Wall Brackets. Command attention with a Philips X-Line Professional Videowall Display that deliver crisp contrast, narrow bezels and distraction-free imaging.
Below the video wall, we supplied and installed an Audac IMEO1 sound bar for audio playback. The IMEO1 Soundbar features a slim and elegant design and includes all required functions for expansion of any audiovisual system with an impressive sound, while having a minimal hassle for installation. It’s perfectly suited for installations such as classrooms, presentation rooms or meeting rooms where it can be used and installed in combination with screens, smartboards or projectors. A JED T460 Controller was also supplied for system contol/general operation.
Senior Study TV
An LG 43″43UT640S Direct LED Commercial UHD Display was installed on a wall bracket for playback with either a BrightSign XD1034 Advanced Interactive Media Player and a Kramer VIA GO Wireless Presentation Device. A JED T460 was also installed for system operation/control.

We decommissioned an existing Display Panel and supplied and installed a new Sony 75” UHD Semi-Commercial Display Panel on an existing Wall Bracket. The BRAVIA FWD-75X80H brings you the clarity, colour and contrast of 4K plus rich multi-dimensional sound, framed in a slim, luxurious design. Below the display panel, we supplied and installed an Audac IMEO1 sound bar for audio playback. We supplied and installed 1x wall-mounted Aver CAM520 PRO Advanced PTZ Camera to capture both the demonstration bench and student benches. The CAM520 PRO offers superior auto-focus optics with 12X true optical zoom which delivers seamless pan, tilt, and zoom performance. With the ability to capture even the smallest details with absolute clarity at every focal length, the CAM520 PRO is one of the fastest and smoothest 18X total zoom cameras available on the market today.
A JED T460R Controller was installed for system control, while we re-routed/relocated the existing HDMI cabling to the outside of the main science bench to allow for a simpler and easier user experience.
TV Studio
To begin, we decommissioned all existing equipment including projector, screen, cables and powered speakers. In their place, we supplied and installed a new Sony 85” UHD Semi-Commercial Display Panel. Below the display panel – and via a sound bar bracket -, we supplied and installed an Audac IMEO1 sound bar for audio playback. A JED T460R Controller was installed for system control.
