Chandon leverages existing infrastructure to introduce a flexible VC environment.
Following our previous LED video wall installation at Domaine Chandon in early 2019, Vision One Technologies was engaged once again to enhance the winery’s tour exhibit area — this time transforming it into an additional overflow video conferencing space. With existing meeting rooms at capacity, Chandon required a flexible environment to support staff meetings and training sessions without compromising their premium cellar-door experience. The solution needed to leverage existing infrastructure while introducing seamless, professional-grade video conferencing capability.
- Create an Overflow Video Conferencing Space: Deliver a dedicated, high-quality meeting and training environment to alleviate demand on existing conferencing rooms.
- Leverage Existing Video Wall Infrastructure: Retain and integrate the existing 2×2 video wall display to maximise return on investment while upgrading system functionality.
- Maintain Premium Presentation Standards: Ensure the solution aligned with Chandon’s refined winery aesthetic while delivering exceptional video and audio performance.

Preserving the old, adapting to the new.
To preserve the existing display infrastructure, Vision One retained the 2×2 video wall configuration and reconfigured signal distribution via a SUH4E-H2 1:4 HDMI Splitter. This allowed HDMI connectivity to be redistributed to HDMI 1 across all four displays, ensuring synchronised and consistent content delivery throughout the wall.

Complete coverage from anywhere in the room.
An Android-based Zoom Room video conferencing system was supplied and installed, centred around the Logitech Tap Bundle. The Rally Bar was carefully positioned above the video wall joinery and angled downward to support a standing presentation area, designed around client-supplied wine barrels. This configuration ensures presenters are clearly framed during meetings and training sessions, particularly in a standing format.
To provide even and intelligible audio coverage throughout the exhibit space, three Logitech Mic Pod Pendant Mounts and Rally Bar Microphone Pods were installed in a triangular layout. Supported by a Rally Mic Hub Splitter and extension cabling, this design ensures even-room audio pickup — ideal for collaborative meetings and staff training.
Wireless presentation made simple.
All screen presentations are performed via the Logitech Zoom Room’s in-built wireless presentation tool (on-board OS), providing cable-free content sharing. The Logitech system connects directly to HDMI 1 on the video wall displays. Additionally, the Philips video wall panels were reconnected to the IR Loop, allowing all four displays to be controlled simultaneously via a single remote for streamlined operation.
To make video meetings simple to join, a Logitech Tap Touch Controller was mounted to the left of the video wall. This delivers easy use when deploying room solutions.
The system was fully tested, configured and commissioned to ensure seamless performance, intuitive usability and a professional conferencing experience.
