A meeting room solution that never fails.

In the IT Office Meeting Room, the existing projection system was decommissioned and replaced with a ViewSonic Genesis Series 65″ Interactive Touchscreen Display. A Vivi Wireless Presentation Device was introduced, enabling seamless content sharing via HDMI and USB connectivity.

The Boarders Meeting Room retained its existing display, with upgrades focused on collaboration. A new tilt wall bracket was installed, alongside a Jabra PanaCast 50 Video Conferencing Camera. A Crestron wireless BYOD conferencing solution was deployed, allowing users to wirelessly connect their devices for video conferencing via platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom, with no software installation required thanks to USB-C integration.

Small solutions. Big impact.

Rehearsal Rooms 1 and 2 were upgraded with Epson EB-1480Fi Ultra Short Throw Interactive Laser Projectors, replacing outdated projection systems and improving interactivity and visibility.

In the Heritage Room, two ViewSonic Genesis Series 75″ Interactive Displays were installed alongside Vivi Wireless Presentation Devices. These displays were also future-proofed to support dynamic and interactive signage content.

The Student Wellbeing Centre Meeting Spaces were fitted with Philips 65” D-Line Signage Displays on articulated wall brackets, paired with Vivi Devices to ensure simple and flexible input connectivity.

The PAC Music Classrooms received a comprehensive AV overhaul. Existing projection, control and audio systems were replaced with an Epson EB-1485Fi Interactive Projector, Crestron HDBaseT Transmission and a Crestron DSP-860 Digital Signal Processor. A new wall-mounted Crestron touch panel provides intuitive control of power, volume and source selection, while an Audac wall panel introduces microphone, line input and Bluetooth capabilities. These rooms were also integrated with Crestron XiO Cloud for remote management.

Classroom projection at its finest.

SWC Classrooms (SWC101, SWC102, SWC103) were upgraded with Epson EB-1485Fi Laser Projectors, new HDMI wall plates and improved speaker systems. Legacy control systems were replaced with Crestron touch panels and each room was connected to XiO Cloud for streamlined monitoring and management.

Additionally, an existing projection system from Seminar Room 5 was carefully decommissioned and reinstalled in SWC Projector Room 204, complemented by new speakers to enhance audio performance.

All systems were fully tested and commissioned to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
