New location, new tech: advancing Zedu's Bundoora facility.
With a solid partnership already established, having previously upgraded technology at Zedu’s training facility in Greensborough, Vision One Technologies was thrilled to contribute to the AV/T upgrade at their new Bundoora facility. This project focused on delivering seamless display and connectivity solutions across training and meeting spaces to support Zedu’s cutting-edge ultrasound education programs.

The project began with the decommissioning of all existing AV hardware at the Greensborough site, including TVs, brackets, extenders, wall plates and relevant cabling and the safe transport of equipment to the new Bundoora facility.
In the West Bays, three existing Sony Bravia FWD Series 43” Display Panels were reinstalled via ceiling posts and brackets. Each bay used three existing HDMI wall plates, with cabling routed neatly up the wall, through the ceiling, down the posts and into the HDMI 1 inputs of the displays. A new HDMI 2 wall plate was installed on the opposite wall and patched to the existing SUH4T HDMI/HDBaseT distribution amplifier, allowing content connected to this plate to mirror across all three displays when selected via remote.

The meeting room received an existing LG 43” Display Panel mounted on a new wall bracket and connected to its existing HDMI wall plate and cabling, providing a reliable display solution for meetings and demonstrations.
In the South Bays, two new Sony Bravia FWD Series 43” Displays were installed via ceiling posts and brackets. Across the room, an existing 55” display was mounted on a new wall bracket and connected via a newly installed HDMI wall plate to the SUH4T distribution amplifier.
Teaching made bigger and better.
For the lecture rooms, two existing 65” Display Panels (Sony and Hisense) were mounted via ceiling posts. HDMI wall plates and structured cabling were installed to connect the displays, with a 2-way HDMI splitter used to mirror content from the master display to the slave display. This setup allows instructors to control content seamlessly across multiple screens for enhanced visibility and engagement.
