With the award of the new City of Whittlesea contract, UDL Group sought to upgrade their boardroom at their Epping site with an advanced video conferencing solution. To achieve UDL Group’s objectives, Vision One supplied and installed a range of high-performance AV solutions. An LG 86” UHD Direct LED Commercial Integrated Display was mounted on a standard wall bracket, delivering ultra-high-definition visuals with four times the resolution of FHD. The IPS screen technology ensured wide viewing angles and vivid colour reproduction, making it ideal for boardroom presentations and video conferencing.

Positioned on the boardroom table, the Kandao Meeting Ultra 4K 360-Degree AI Conference Host provided an all-in-one video conferencing solution with dual Full HD touchscreens, AI-powered speaker tracking and a full-duplex audio system featuring omnidirectional microphones and a 10-watt Hi-Fi speaker. The device was integrated into the existing network and connected via HDMI for seamless Teams and Zoom meetings.

To enhance collaboration without additional cables, the J5create JVAW76 ScreenCast 4K Wireless Display Adapter was installed, enabling users to wirelessly cast content from laptops, tablets and smartphones via Miracast, AirPlay and Chromecast. To simplify system control, an RTI RK1+ 8-Button Keypad Control System was mounted beside the display, allowing users to manage power, source selection and volume adjustments with ease. The system was programmed to ensure seamless operation with existing AV infrastructure.
