Charles La Trobe P-12 College is a family-friendly Prep to Year 12 school in Macleod committed to providing enrichment education experiences for all students.
Vision One were commissioned to design and deploy a turnkey audio visual solution for the school’s main gymnasium space. After a thorough process that involved evaluating the pros and cons of various Epson installation projector (in both lamp and laser light variations), we installed an Epson EB-L1505U 12,000 ANSI Lumens WUXGA Projector with an ELPLM10 Middle Throw Lens. The Projector was installed from an Ultralift Spider Vault Post and Projection Wall Cage, custom-fabricated to suit our designated specification.
A Grandview 200” Motorised Smart Screen (that’s right, 200 inch!) was installed to a custom bracketing system and fixed across the existing H-beams, while our one-of-a-kind JED T460 Projector Keypad Controller was installed for system volume and projection control.
Australian Monitor XDS 12 Surface Mounted Loud Speakers were installed on either side of the projection screen, safely housed within Ultralift custom-built Speaker Protection Cages to shield the equipment from ball penetration and damages. Accompanied by an Australian Monitor AMB1200 Powered Amplifier and Australian Monitor MX82 Mixer, our system delivered an ultra-modern, high quality sound setup reminiscent of a Hollywood movie theater… inside a school gymnasium!
A Sennheiser Wireless Handheld Microphone system and a Lapel Microphone System was supplied and installed to accommodate for live presentation and performance.
