To anchor the space visually, we supplied and installed a Samsung 85″ QE85T Direct LED Display Panel, mounted neatly above the client-supplied joinery. This display serves as the central hub for presentations, Zoom meetings and shared content.

Vision One deployed a complete Yealink ZVCS90 Windows-Based Zoom Room system, including the MCore4 mini-PC, Mtouch-Plus touch panel, RoomSensor, AVHub and an MVC-BYOD-Extender for flexible connectivity. Two UVC86 12x Optical Zoom Cameras were installed—one optimised for presenter framing, the other for audience coverage—to support intelligent, adaptive meeting visuals. All AV infrastructure was housed in the joinery beneath the display for a clean, professional aesthetic.

We installed four Yealink CS10 SkySound Ceiling Speakers to deliver even, high-quality audio throughout the boardroom. Two Yealink CM20 Ceiling Microphones—complete with white mesh covers and tile bridges—were ceiling-mounted to capture both presenter and audience dialogue with exceptional clarity.
