A VC powerhouse: Crestron sets a reliable foundation.
Vision One Technologies deployed a carefully standardised suite of Microsoft Teams Rooms solutions, tailored to suit varying room sizes while maintaining a consistent user experience across all sites.
For small to medium meeting spaces, the Crestron UC-B31-T Microsoft Teams Rooms System was implemented. This compact, front-of-room solution integrates a collaboration bar with camera, microphones and speakers, delivering a high-quality, all-in-one conferencing experience. With beamforming microphone technology, a wide-angle camera and intuitive touch panel control, these rooms provide a true plug-and-play environment—allowing staff to walk in, start meetings instantly and collaborate without technical barriers.

Fully integrated for high-quality experiences.
In medium to large spaces, Vision One deployed the Crestron UC-B70-A-T-I Microsoft Teams Rooms System, featuring the powerful Crestron Video Bar 70. This solution incorporates a dual-camera system with intelligent speaker tracking and group framing, supported by advanced beamforming microphones and enterprise-grade processing via the Crestron UC Engine. The result is a highly immersive meeting experience, ensuring all participants—both in-room and remote—are clearly seen and heard.
A key element of the rollout was the standardisation of display technology across all locations, with the LG commercial display range deployed throughout. Screen sizes were carefully selected to suit each space, including 55″ displays for small rooms, 65″ for small-to-medium spaces, 75″ for medium rooms and 86″ displays for large meeting rooms and boardrooms—ensuring optimal visibility and performance in every environment.
Premium technology for premium environments.
At the premium end of the deployment, the flagship installation at the Mercy Health Richmond Boardroom represents the pinnacle of the rollout. This space features the Crestron Automate VX multi-camera speaker tracking system, incorporating four Crestron 1Beyond cameras positioned at the front of the room. Intelligent multi-camera switching dynamically focuses on active speakers, delivering seamless transitions and a broadcast-quality video conferencing experience.

Putting the 'easy' in 'easy-to-use'.
To support the long-term performance and reliability of the deployment, Vision One implemented a structured managed services program powered by the Crestron XiO Cloud Platform. This enables remote monitoring and management of all devices across the network, including real-time alerts, diagnostics, firmware updates, device provisioning and integration with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow—ensuring proactive support and ongoing system optimisation.
