When PEGS needed to enhance its boardroom for modern meetings, presentations, and video conferencing, Vision One Technologies stepped in to deliver a seamlessly integrated AV/T solution. As per Vision One’s recommendation, the decision-making commite at PEGS visited the Crestron Experience Centre (CEC) in St Kilda. This allowed them to simulate – in-person – their exact boardroom experience, prior to making a commitment.
This upgrade would not only optimise the room for hybrid collaboration but also ensure the technology aligned with PEGS’ professional and polished environment.

Our team carefully re-engineered the boardroom’s setup to raise the existing Samsung WAD Interactive Touchscreen Display, making room for the sleek and powerful Crestron UC-B70-A-T-I Crestron Flex Large Room Conference Solution with the All-In-One Videobar 70 mounted neatly beneath. This all-in-one conferencing powerhouse boasts four AI-powered high-resolution cameras with group framing, stereo speakers, and 24 beamforming microphones with advanced speaker tracking — ensuring every participant, whether in the room or online, is seen and heard with absolute clarity.
Wireless Presentation, Upgraded
Hidden neatly behind the display, we installed a Crestron AM-3100-WF-I AirMedia® Receiver with Wi-Fi® connectivity, paired with a Crestron AM-TX3-100-I AirMedia® Series 3 Connect Adaptor for effortless wireless presentations. This duo empowers staff to present wirelessly and effortlessly, removing the usual cable clutter from meetings.
Under-Table Connectivity Magic
Beneath the boardroom table, we fitted a Crestron AM-TX3-200 AirMedia® Series 3 Connect Endpoint. When connected to client-supplied power, this endpoint unlocks a suite of extra features — including wired HDMI input that transmits wirelessly to the receiver at the display. In short, it’s the “best of both worlds” for content sharing: wired reliability with wireless convenience.
Seamless Audio Integration
As per PEGS’ request, the internal speakers of the Samsung eBoard remain the go-to for audio playback. This keeps the setup streamlined without the need for external soundbars, while still delivering the clarity needed for productive discussions and maintaining a clean, minimalist aesthetic. Our team completed the upgrade with full system testing and commissioning, ensuring flawless performance from day one.
