Turning up the sound.
To enhance the room’s audio experience, we replaced the existing cube speakers with four Audac ATEO6 6” Wall-Mounted Speakers featuring CleverMounts and Incline Adaptors. These premium surface-mount loudspeakers, equipped with a 6” mid/low-frequency driver and a 1” tweeter, provide superior sound quality for presentations and discussions. Paired with the Audac EPA152 2-Channel Power Amplifier, which automatically switches to standby mode when inactive, this setup ensures energy efficiency without compromising on performance. The amplifier remains housed in the existing rack location for a streamlined installation.
Connectivity performance reimagined.
For a state-of-the-art video conferencing experience, we deployed a Yealink MVC S90 Microsoft Teams Rooms system, designed for extra-large meeting spaces. This system includes the MCore Pro mini-PC, MTouch Plus on-table touch panel, AVHub, RoomSensor and dual UVC86 12x optical zoom cameras for high-definition video capture. Additionally, two WPP30 Wireless Screen Sharing Devices and an MVC-BYOD-Extender were integrated, enabling seamless content sharing and flexible connectivity options for both remote and in-room participants.
To consolidate control and ensure an intuitive user experience, we integrated an AMX NX-1200 NetLinx NX Integrated Controller, programmed on the second page of the Yealink Touch Panel. This setup allows users to control display power, volume and source selection from a single interface, streamlining operation without incorporating unnecessary lighting controls. The NX-1200 offers a scalable, secure and high-performance solution for managing multiple AV devices in a professional setting.
Unleashing impactful audio experiences.
To further enhance audio capture for meetings and presentations, we installed two Yamaha RM-CGW ADECIA Multi-Beamforming Tracking Ceiling Array Microphones. Suspended from the ceiling with supplied hooks and cables, these advanced microphones utilise “Multi-Beam Tracking” technology to detect and track human voices while filtering out background noise, ensuring crystal-clear communication. The system is powered by an RM-CR ADECIA Conference Processor, which integrates seamlessly with the room’s AV infrastructure. Additionally, we installed an Araknis 210 Series PoE Switch to power and manage the entire setup efficiently, providing reliability and easy control via Websmart settings.
