Eastern Palliative Care Association Incorporated (EPC) is the specialist community based palliative care service for the Eastern Region of Melbourne. Their services are provided in the local government areas of Boroondara, Manningham, Maroondah, Whitehorse, Monash, Knox and Yarra Ranges.
Having worked with the team at Vision One in the past, EPC reached out once again to align their Training and Meeting Rooms with the recent need for remote conferencing and learning. The idea was to provide technological infrastructure to better facilitate seminars and events for those not in attendance.
We started by supplying and installing 1x Logitech PTZ PRO 2 Camera in the main Meeting Room. Logitech PTZ Pro 2 delivers premium optics and life-like video to create the experience of sitting together in the same room, even if you are a thousand miles away. Capture a wide shot with a 90° diagonal field of view, or focus on presenters, panelists, and whiteboards with flexible pan and tilt controls.
For microphone/audio recording, we supplied and installed our signature Biamp Devio Conference Room Dock System. The Devio SCR-20 is a conferencing hub that provides users with exceptional AV experiences when using web-based conferencing systems. Intended for huddle rooms or small conference rooms, the SCR-20 uses Beamtracking microphones and professional grade DSP to optimize the audio quality, allowing far-end conference participants to experience the conversation naturally.
