The team at Vision One was recently commissioned to upgrade the ED Seminar Room at Austin Health in Heidelberg.
Installation works began with the mounting of 2 x Samsung 55″ LED Full HD commercial grade panels to the south east wall of the room. The panels were installed side by side for optimum viewing in their primarily use as a video conference solution.
Vision One technicians re-located an existing projector to the east wall and an installation of a new Grandview 100″motorised screen was mounted to the ceiling in order to lower over the front of the dual-panels when in use.
A custom timber presentation lectern was installed for presentation and room addressing. The lectern included a gooseneck microphone, reading light, and provided appropriate housing for all installed audio visual equipment. A Crestron automation system touch pad controller was fitted on the surface of the presentation for ease of control.
The team installed a Cisco SX20 video conference system, with ceiling microphone, and full HD camera that was mounted between the two LED panels on the wall. Additionally 6 x flush mounted in-ceiling speakers were evenly distributed throughout the ceiling space to provide a diverse spread of sound.
