The JED T460R AV Controller is a versatile, low-cost A/V control solution designed for use with projectors and display screens. Featuring a 2-line by 12-character text display, the T460R provides operators with essential feedback on system status, including warm-up, running and cooling down modes. It displays valuable data such as lamp and filter running hours, current channel selection and audio volume, ensuring precise control and monitoring of your AV system.
This controller allows for full control over your display device via the RS232 serial data input, with customisable settings for channel names, aspect ratios (16:9, 4:3) and screen controls. The T460R’s interactive menus simplify setup by enabling field adjustments without the need for complex laptop software. Users can customise warm-up and cool-down times, auto-close-down and relay times for screen raising and dropping.
The controller also features an alphanumeric display, allowing users to select display devices by make and model and a HEX editor for custom serial code loading into non-volatile memory. With four easy-to-use keys, the T460R offers quick access to essential functions like source selection, mute and freeze, along with aspect ratio and microphone level controls, making it an efficient and user-friendly solution for AV system management.
